We are a Belgian development company established in 1985, experienced in erecting office, commercial, and residential buildings. We create unique designs enriching the architectural landscape of cities, while taking care of comfort of future users and following the idea of sustainable development. For 30 years, we have been successfully implementing investments in Poland as well. In 2017, Warsaw Spire, as the only building from Poland, was awarded the title of World’s Best Office Building in the MIPIM competition organized in Cannes. At the beginning of 2020, in Śródmieście (downtown) in Warsaw, we commissioned a unique apartment complex in a historical tenement house at ul. Foksal, which was considered the best luxury real estate in Central and Eastern Europe in the CIJ Awards “Hall of Fame: Best of the Best” competition. In 2021, we have finished the construction of a prestigous investment named Flisac, arected at the Vistula River next to the Świętokrzyski Bridge, just around the Copernicus Science Center metro station. Our new proposal is Groen housing development in Konstancin-Jeziorna, located in the immediate vicinity of the Botanical Garden.
